mweb having to wait 50days before service cancellation

Good day, i am writing here because i have sent emails to ********** ********** but get a reply from postmaster saying it cannot be delivered.

My account is due to be canceled at the end of January, but would like to have it done on 1 calender month ending on the 12th January 2019, and have pro rata bill for the 12 days as i have already completed the 12 month agreement.

I do not mind paying if i get my full 50gb to use but if im only getting 25gb and 25gb at night then you would be making me pay for a service i never signed up for.
