Mweb have become *******

Mweb use to be the pinnacle of Internet connection service providers , Now , they are just as bad as the rest . Impossible to log a complaint , unable to email them , impossible to get hold of them telephonically UNLESS for New business ( oh THERE they answer straight away ) ..... NOW they are Forcing us to upgrade and pay more for an internet speed we didnt want in the first place . Can we complain .... of course not , they forgot to give us a platform for That , oh and they didnt ask us if we wanted this product in the first place .
