mweb has the worst services ever

while the connectivity is amazing when you but the admin and the logistics behind it is a shlep. i have been trying to get hold of the offices for reconnection. the bill came upside down. i received a bill saying i terminated, which i didnt. and now i am disconnected and i cant get through on the phone and the live chat simply doesnt work and now i am stuck with their services for another 11 months.
