MWeb has the worst service and no sense of follow up

I am a new customer with MWeb and I have been waiting for my services to be activated for a month now and when I call MWeb I just get told I have to wait longer and there is nothing they can do. Also I am told if I cancel I will be charged but they are not giving me my service.
