Mweb has the worst service!

Don't ever try and get fibre from mweb!!! I've been waiting for a technician for 4 weeks in an area that has full fibre. 4 escalations later, email and telephone calls and still no fibre! You hold on for 30 min before they answer and then get no help. Just been on the phone with JoJo who cut me off after I asked to speak to manager. Oh and don't forget, premium has been deducted from my account already. Refund probably never!
