MWEB has the WORST onboarding

I am having the WORST sign up experience with Mweb. I placed my order on the 23rd of January. It is now 3 full weeks and my order is STILL not complete. Their support channels are the worst, even when you do EVENTUALLY get through. I am now tracking my order and I am being told it has been canceled, ***!!!???? You have deducted the upfront fees and I have done the RICA process, so how the hell is my order canceled. I can not get through via phone or via that chat option on your website to find out what the hell is going on! If you are going to cancel my order then I want my money back. it's that simple.
