Mweb has the worst ISP service ever!

have been having issue with MWEB since december 19th 2024, they are unable to fix the issue, they insist on sending another router, a third router, but the router is not the issue, i told them the problem is the gateway configuration. They said someone would call and assist me today, they have called and again unable to assist me. I have been on the phone with them about 30 times now and they are still unable to help, please do not use MWEB as your ISP. Please use other ISP's. They cann easily sign you up and then mess you over bigtime! MWEB is ripping people off! Still broken almost for a month now. And dont forget how you have to wait like a poephol just so they know you have issues? Also their app doesnt work properly.
