New fibre connection not connected until to date.

I made payment on 7th of July 2024 via fastpay until today 9th August 2024 over a month they still haven't done the connection.

I have made communications to try and understand what the delay is but i still haven't been assisted.

I further tried to get ahold of the accounts department the whole day on the 9th of August and kept being told by an automated system that unfortunately they can’t take my call. Or further I am being transferred from one person to another with no help.

Today is the 9th of August 2024 and my account is still not installed, this is the worst customer care I’ve ever experienced.

Rest assured I will never advise anyone to ever use Mweb.
