Mweb has suspended our service after paying our account few days late

Mweb has suspended our service after paying our account few days late. We have tried calling but no one answers. Hav sent emails had a reply to say will respond in 24-48hrs. Still no answer. We have been without WiFi since Monday and now are needing to use our own data. Don't use Mweb as no one responds to your emails or phone calls. Customer service does not exist.
