Mweb has sadly become pathetic

Mweb has become absolutely pathetic. I tried calling several times since the past two months wasting Airtime to each time verify my details only to be cut off after waiting 20 minutes. I even tried calling their Switchboard only to go through the same fiasco. Why do they even have a Switchboard if you cannot talk to anyone? I cannot get my emails set up in Windows 11 with Outlook 365. Everything works perfectly on my old Win 7 Laptop. I tried logging a Query on their Website. After logging in I cannot even add a new Query, there is no tab to add a new Query. The Chatbot is even more useless. I am about to cancel my Contract after 25 years with Mweb. Since years some emails just never get through even if a stand next to a client while re-sending emails to myself. I can only wonder how many emails never reached me? How much longer should I put up with this incompetence and keep paying such a lot?
