Mweb has pathetic Technical support

This company deserves zero stars. I have no internet. The only way to get assistance is to call their number, i waited for 20 mins to speak to a tech who was not very helpful. I followed the prompts still no connection, before she can share on the next step the call cuts and they do not have outbound call facilities. So 30 mins airtime for nothing. Their instructions on how to reset the router 192.168.1.1. She said to use the device connectes to the router, that address cannot be found. Im so annoyed with this company, Im cancelling my contract purely because of the difficulty in reaching Mweb when there is an issue and the long wait to reach technical support. MWEB IS USELESS
