MWEB HAS NOT REAL PEOPLE

After 30 mins I have to conclude that there are no real people working at Mweb, and if they are, you certainly are not going to a telephone number to call. You will get an automated service which after the first minute if keying in details says it will has found your details and will send you a PIN number - tried that 3 times . No PIN sent and no real person to talk to. How do I cancel my account?
