Mweb has no scruples

The worst service I have ever received. 3 months ago we app**** for fiber, we are still waiting for mweb to come and install. When we called to find out what’s happening they tell us it’s been installed, when you ask for proof of installation they disappear. What’s interesting is that they even billed us even though they have not installed the fiber
