Mweb has NO, I repeat NO customer service

Absolute shocking, pathetic and unprofessional service to be getting from Mweb as an existing customer, AND even wanting to do more business with them. I have spent 37minutes across 7 different calls made to them, just to be placed on hold, having calls being cut, not answering or getting feedback from the support and following-up on orders departments. YOUR ONLINE CHAT PORTAL is a joke!!!! PATHETIC and ANGERS customers!!
