MWEB HAS NO HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE

For the past six months, I've been attempting to cancel my long-lapsed contract with Mweb (Openserve), but they consistently fail to answer my calls. Ironically, this month they terminated my services despite my timely payment. I've spent an entire week calling their call centre without getting a response. It feels like they're intentionally trapping customers into staying, while providing an extremely poor internet connection and atrocious customer service.i would like to give one month notice but in the interim have my services urgently reconnected
