Mweb has no customer service etiquette

Mweb makes you wait 45 minutes to be assisted for a query when your wifi is off just to put the phone down and make you wait another 45 minutes I have wasted over R 200.00 on waiting and still no assistance my wifi has been off for 7 hours but I have to pay R1000 00.00 a month ?? Ridiculous and pathetic service changing to afrihosylt tomorrow !!!!!!!!!!
