Mweb is now so shocking when trying to contact them, Mweb used to be the best when it came to customer service but now is

Recent experience, no agent connects to the online chat ever and when trying to call in took 25 minutes to connect to an agent who couldn't hear me. When I tried calling back, I was 8th in the queue which would have taken another 30 minutes to connect.
