Mweb has kept be waiting since 16 Dec and still no installation, even though i have been charge for the full month of Jan

Need to get fibre for our new house and was recommended Mweb cause they have fast installation and good service. I work from home so it is very important to have good service. I paid and order my installation on 16 Dec. Mweb communicated the Openserve and order my installation to be done.They debit my account for Jan payment on 31 Dec. They never came to do the installation in Dec. I wait for after New Years as it was the festive season. They don't contact me at all. Today is 28 Jan and the installation is still not done. I have been paying for a whole month of wifi and have had no access to it. They have no communicated with me at all. I have been contacting every few days and just get told it has been ordered. Worse experience i have ever had. Never use Mweb
