Mweb has horrible customer service

I am very dissatisfied with my service having logged a ticket 2 weeks ago not getting feedback sitting an hour on the phone before someone answers then it gets escalated to Vuma 1 week later no feedback still and my issue is still unresolved Phoned again waited 30 min on the line and get the feedback the call was closed as it was resolved so now it has to be re-logged
