Mweb has extremly bad service

Their phones are never picked up. I sent messages on their online platform queries page, I did not get a response with regards to my installation. They came and installed, I had a problem, couldn't find the router on the wifi, I sent a query in January just around the 28th when they did the installation, they only sent a person to contact me on the 12th of February. They are doing all this after they have collected their money. I would never recommend anyone to use Mweb, they have appalling service.
