MWEB has become the worst Internet Service Provider in the past two years.

For the past 6 months MWEB has not been able to deliver the 100Mbps download I pay them for every month. To make matters worse the poorly performing connection is also very unstable, disconnection my VPN to the office randomly during the day, and disrupting my kids online schooling making it very difficult for them to follow their lessons. Further more. The support personnel often respond to ticket requests for help on their horrible service a week later or two! I think the company should just close down. Their service is worse than government at its worst. So unfortunate as the company used to deliver so well some two years ago. How they got to be such a never ending nightmare puzzles.
