Mweb good or not ? NOT

Most horrible assistance i have ever received , call hold on line 65 minutes to go from sales to tech support and then again sales and call gets answered and ended 7 days just to get my line upgraded , this is totally unacceptable , wake up you customers , anyone want to know if they good or not , struggle and nothing gets done , i have a 10 mb line not once did i even get 10 mb , 7 mb was what we got , if not sorted soon count me as another customer gone.
