MWeb gives the worst service ever.

This must be the worst service I have had ever. First the delays with the installation. Then the placement of the installation was a problem through Openserve. Then the hours spent on the phone. It seems like the default is a wait of about 9 minutes. Then it takes 5 days and an obscene amount of airtime only for them to tell me it’s my problem why I can’t get the sms to activate because the problem is my iPhone 11. You try get someone to help you change the number but when they transfer you it asks for details after which it sends you a pin via SMS which I can’t get and is the reason for my call in the first place. Surely I have grounds to cancel under the CPA due to a cooling off period as I signed up online. GET ME OUT OF THIS NIGHTMARE!
