Mweb full of junk and bad service

The worst service provider I've even been with, out of internet connection for days. Made numerous calls to tech support trying to fix the issue but got no joy. Then I had technicians at my house for hours today the 19th of December saying that it's fixed but yet again I'm not able to get a connection. Tried calling tech support yet again and not all I hear is due to unforseen issues we can't take your call right now but at the end of the month they can take my premium for a service I can't use. How frustrating!
