MWEB- Full of Empty Promises! RUN!!!!!

I am horrified at the lack of ownership and resolve displayed by MWEB staff. They were very quick to sign me up, promise I will have my FFTH installed and running in 2 days (but not more than 5).. its been just over 3 weeks, and still nothing!! I have spent close to R800 in airtime in trying to resolve this, and still no closer to having fibre in my home! I escalated to mngt last week, after receiving a quote of just under R1500 from a 3rd party for me to pay for my installation..(PS* Mweb offers free installation and router for new accounts so why am I being asked to pay??) and was promised that a manager would call me back- its been 5 days and still no contact has been made. I followed up now, only for the consultant to give me the same nonsensical feedback as my last call, tell me they are waiting for pmt from me, and then offer to escalate.. Really?? That sounds fami****... I asked to speak to a manager and she said she couldn't put me through but would raise an escalation.. I fear thats another fruitless exercise!!!!
