Mweb frustations

I have never ever been so frustrated in all my life with Mweb. The website is far from user friendly and since I refuse to accept Cookies which is my right I cannot get anywhere. I only wish to cancel my service with them and absolutely no where can I find a facility to do this. No doubt they will now frustrate me further with threats and admoniments . I cannot find anyone to speak to to get help either. I will just cancel my debits every month and then I am guaranteed to receive a phone call.
