MWEB + Frogfoot = USELESS

MWEB is utterly USELESS !!!! I responded to a FB Fiber promotion for a 10Meg lin @ R399 per month. MWEB however conveniently neglects to add to the promotion that it's just through one service provider and its coverage dependant. I opted still to get a 10 Meg fiber line which in theory should have been quicker to activate given that I already had a fiber connection into my home. EVEN MORE USELESS THAN MWEB IS FROGFOOT see actual guys suppose to do the installation. You can't get hold of these people PERIOD. MWEB hasn't got a clue either and even when phoning into their SO CALLED Customer Service Centre they can't really offer you any answers apart from the standard ones
