Mweb & Frogfoot Combo Useless

Mweb and Frogfoot combo is absolutely useless!! Have been waiting over 2 months now. According to Mweb it is Frogfoots fault as they need to do provisioning. Tired of the up and down and nothing happening. I work through Mweb and not Frogfoot and expect that Mweb will communicate to me and sort this out, but nothing is happening.
