Mweb - ********** & ***********

Please stay clear of mweb & their terrible service! For any member of the public who is lured in by their false advertising, rather live without internet!

Mweb has been billing me for a service they never ever provided me with from May 2020. I cancelled the account immediately as the SIM card they sent me was invalid and did not pick up signal, hence no internet service was provided to me EVER!!

I called them and sent numerous emails but never received a response from them to date. Four months after my contract was cancelled they debited me for nearly R1000, and could not provide me with a reason for this debit! I have called their call centre and sent even more emails demanding my money be returned, but again, terrible customer service!

DO NOT EVEN THINK OF SIGNING UP WITH MWEB- these people are ********** and *********** at their jobs!
