Mweb founded 1997 and should've ended in 1997

I app**** for the website hosting service, for our office in December 2018 and a month later still no feedback or service has been given.

We have tried multiple times to contact them and Marlon, from Mweb has promised us it will be sorted within 24 hours - this is 36 hours later and still nothing.

If phoning the customer care line - you just get transferred to several people, who transfer you to the sales support, who is also of no help.

I will never recommend using Mweb to anyone again, the service is very poor and they clearly do not want any business.
