MWEB for Worst in SERVICE

Account User ***4 uses 80G Day and 80G Night time option. I have only used 67.471G (as per their reporting of usage) up to 24 Feb 2020 yet I am told that I have reached my limit. Calling the call center is a nightmare... I believe it is a conscious business decision to prevent client direct access and transparency. MWEB sends me a spreadsheet that I am unable to open...again a strategy to frustrate - Zero for client service
