Mweb Fibre, waste of money!

Mweb has sent us a router to connect to a fibre line. After spending R300 of airtime waiting for an agent to take our call we decided to use their online portal to log a fault. 2 faults logged 9 days ago and no response. R899/ month for absolutely no service and no feedback from anyone at Mweb.
