Mweb Fibre upgrade-Not worth it

I am so frustrated with the horrible service. An upgrade to Mweb means they come change your previous fibre BOX & you need to figure out the rest on your own. I atleast had connection with my previous provider. Stuck with nothing now & they have advised they won't send a technician, I should find someone outside, their job of installing the box is done & it's working on their side. They Can't get you connected yet they have already sent an invoice.
