Mweb fibre untidy installation and buffering

They arrive way before the booked time to install. Inwasbnot home, they then came back very later and rushed the installation. Absolutely untidy installation. Technician was to come back the following day to rectify but never came back. Lots of buffering although it a 20meg fibre line with 1 device connected via cable. Reported via the portal with no response. 2 months ago. Called through twice in 2 months and at the end of the 2 months someone came to inspect the installation. That guy said he was going to send a team 5he following week to reinstall the line and sort it out. Another 2 weeks has passed and still no response on communication from Mweb. Today while on a business call on my laptop via a lan cable my network dropped.

Very poor service delivery. My telkom adsl 4 Meg line never buffered when streaming but this fibre buffers..ridiculous.
