MWEB Fibre support non existing when having problems

I am having problems with the mweb 10/10 fibre line that you cannot even view a youtube video without buffering. Logged technical complaints unanswered. I have requested to upgrade to a 20/20 fibre line and now nothing is working. You pay prorata for every day but now I do not have any Fibre. Calling their technical support is on a line not supported on any net minutes. I have spent R100 airtime on calling that *** technical support line holding on and not answered....
