MWeb Fibre Solutions

MWeb state that a FTTH will take 2 weeks to complete...what a joke! Its been over a month with no updates whatsoever from them. To actually get someone on the other line in their call centre is also pathetic as when u "follow-up" on an existing oder they say "Press 1 to leave you details and we'll get back to you" and then the phone goes dead. Sure, WHEN as they never ever call you back??
