MWEB Fibre shocking service !!! Dont USE MWEB

Worst service I have ever received... No wait I cannot complain about the service as there was NONE ! Ordered a 100MBS fibre connection where I was told it would be installed, only to find Mweb drop off a router that does not take an ONT. After hundreds of calls, false promises were made that this would be sorted out. Nothing I cannot even cancel the service as their website keeps timing out... Was billed R 999 for something I never used. No feedback whatsoever then they want to try and charge a cancellation fee... Shocking shocking. Very quick and friendly to sell you the product, but dont care at all about anything after that.
