Mweb Fibre shocking service

At the end of February 2024, mweb moved my line from Brakpan. I requested they install end of March at my new address in Benoni. I am still waiting. MWEB say it' is Frogfoots fault. At the endn of the day who waits over 2 months for a Fibre line to be moved and activated. I am also been charged by mweb and have no line. I have spent so much money on phoning (airtime). No one gets back to you not even management. I have been with mweb for many years but their service is non existent and I would never use them again. Open serve is better to use for line and Afrihost or telkom.as service provider.
