MWEB fibre services

i cancelled my MWEB fibre connectivity back in February 2025. to my surprised MWEB still debited money from my account. i have been going back & fourth with doing bank reversals every month to an extent that one of the consultants called me regarding unpaid fees. when i explained to her that i have moved she asked me if i don't want fibre installation to the place i'm moving to. which i declined & asked her to cancel my subscription. months later my account is now handed over to lexmed attorneys... bad people to conduct business with, unprofessional.
