MWEB fibre serviced by Evotel is total *******

This is the worst internet service ever ,paying I've been a loyal customer for more than 3 years paying R800... I've had no internet for 3 days ,when you call you are placed on hold for over 30min then they just hang up .. my business has suffered due to this , my son that's in matric has suffered because everything is connected to our wifi . I have requested to cancel
