MWEB Fibre service sucks

MWEB Fibre is not supporting the agreed upon speeds. I have called the technical cal centre and the line drops. I am failing to gain the promised speeds of 100/50mbps. I am now only getting 17 - 20mbps. I work from home for a UK company and need the speeds promised. The router is slow and doesnt support enough devices.
