MWeb -- Fibre service provider

I have app**** for a fibre installation on 26 September 2025. After having paid the required admin fee of R245.00 I was given an order number and advised that installation will commence soon. HOWEVER for the last 31/2 weeks ABSOLUTELY no communication from Mweb. -- also NO installation. I have had to contact them on average every two days only to be told that my address is wrong ???????. Sent proof of address most probably 10 times - Still no response. Worst experience I ever had with a fibre service provider. They just does not seem to care
