MWEB Fibre service

I have unlimited fibre option at my home. For the past two days internet speed is less than 1mbps and Mweb off very limited options for complains and no number you can dail. Online complaints can only be handled weekdays between 08:00 and 16:00. No other options and you just have to be without service with no remedy
