Mweb fibre rates increase 1 July unacceptable

Just received notification that Mweb will be increasing their monthly Fibre rates with more than 100% as from 1 July 2021. This is unbelievable and we are held to ransom because they use Vumatel as the only Fibre provider in our area. Why is ICASA allowing Mweb to monoplise the fibre infrastructure market. Mweb is abusing its dominance and the regulator is sitting with arms folded and the consumer suffers again. Just confirmed with Vumatel that the price increase is set by the ISP which is Mweb and not by Vumatel who is the Fibre provider.
