MWEB Fibre - Pathetic service

Placed an order for fibre with mweb on the 25th of June. They have been unresponsive each time I call to follow up on installation. It has been over a month since I ordered. If you try to call mweb, they keep re-directing the calls and are very vague. I have sent an email regarding cancellation of the order, with no response as yet. I have called requesting cancellation and they keep re-directing the call avoiding the cancellation. The service I have received is pathetic.
