Mweb fibre nightmare ****!!!

Having read all the bad customer services reviews about Mweb which they don't bother to respond to, i thought to register my own even if It wont get responded to.

I must say, Mweb is quick to respond to an order. Open serve installed our line on 14 May 2020. To this day we hav not received a router, we are basically not on their network, yet our account was debited with some pro rata amount (God knows what for) and we received ye another invoice due for debit. Mweb’s customer care is non existent.

Dear Mweb, If you bother to read reviews at all, please cancel my contract, i have lost trust and interest in you.
