Mweb fibre nightmare

Ordered fibre through mweb in July, Installation was done but product could not be activated as there was an issue with the fibre box. the issue was not sorted and now Mweb sends me a message saying product is activated. I am now paying for something that doesn't even work. Kept phoning the technical team at mweb on a weekly basis, all you get is that we will follow up and get back to you but problem is still there.
