Mweb Fibre Line

Worst experience ever. We have been paying for a 100MG Fibre line for the past 3 months but we have not once reached over 40MG. No help from customer care. No one is interested. When you call the helpline you hold for 20 minutes and eventually the person who assists does not even assist.
