MWEB Fibre keeping me hostage.

I joined MWEB through MITCHELL'S PLAIN FIBRE because their advert indicated no contracts. I decided to switch ISP due to the regular purchasing of vouchers but Mweb refuse to release my ID # thus preventing me from joining another ISP. I must wait until 31 July 2020 before they release my ID #. My account is up to date with NO monies due to them. Why must I wait so long if my voucher expired 15 June already which is a pay as you go system. Thus sitting without proper internet for my kids to complete their schoolwork.
