Mweb fibre is terrible!!!!!

I've only got my fibre up and running 2 day's ago and my speed has been terrible and connection incredibly unstable. I'm paying for the 50mbps uncapped deal and I'm getting speeds of 1-13mbps. And to top it off , I can't cancel since I'm going to have to pay for the installation and router . I can't imagine staying a whole year with mweb. I feel like I've been ****med . If I knew my speeds were going to be this terrible I would've stuck with my LTE , which was far better than this. I can no longer do online gaming or watch Netflix without it stopping 50 times. I got into contact with someone from the technical department, they said they reset my line and my internet should be stable now but boy , it got so much worse . Mweb are selling me a service they are unable to provide. Can someone please get into contact with me , I wasted over R300 rand trying to sort out my connection issues.
